  • Founder & CEO

    Gabrielle's founding of the Naserian Foundation in 2020 formed the spearhead for a wide scope of Africa-based programs. Utilising global infrastructure and resources, Naserian Foundation focuses on key programs supporting local community growth, sustainability, and well-being. Current initiatives include medical clinics, schooling infrastructure, educational resources, social/cultural programs, and vital conservation efforts.

    As Founder and CEO of The Farm Ltd, Gabrielle leads a multi-industry consortium spanning multiple countries, focused on cultivating innovative strategies and transformational programs designed to bring forth actionable solutions to global needs. The Farm leverages its vast network of resources, bringing a heavy focus on Naserian Foundation's current Africa programs.

    Her founding of Akashinga Maasai Wildlife Safari in Kenya, with Maasai leader Jackson Rarin and Toby Storie-Pugh, supports indigenous cultures and conservation communities responsible for stewarding wildlife and natural resources.

  • Founder & Executive Director

    Jackson Rarin was born in 1987 in Mpuai village in the central part of Maasai Mara Reserve. He grew up on the savannah plains of the Mara surrounded by wildlife. He decided to pursue a career as a professional safari guide showing visitors the natural wonder of the place that he calls home.

    He attended the Koiyaki Guiding School between 2014 & 2015, graduating with the KPSGA Bronze Certificate. While at guiding school he was an intern at Enkewa Mara Camp, subsequently joining Zebra Plains Mara Camp as Head Tour Guide.

    While working at a cultural village as a guide in 2017, he met Gabrielle Allen, and together they went on to form Akashinga Maasai Wildlife Safari and collaborated on implementing the vision for the Naserian Foundation.

    Lending his wealth of experience within Kenyan communities, Toby brings invaluable knowledge and skills to the formation and expansion of the Naserian Foundation. His deep understanding of local dynamics and commitment to driving positive change make him an invaluable asset.

    Toby Storie-Pugh has been involved in development initiatives in Kenya since 2006, demonstrating dedication to empowering local communities. He co-founded Flying Kites, a school and teacher training academy outside Nairobi, playing a pivotal role in providing quality education.

    Combining his drive to explore the world with the need for positive change, Toby has led expeditions leveraged to create significant social impact. These expeditions foster cross-cultural understanding while serving as catalysts for community development projects.

    With deep-rooted connections, cultural sensitivity, and a proven track record, Toby's expertise is invaluable in shaping the Naserian Foundation's strategies, fostering meaningful collaborations, and ensuring its efforts resonate with the communities served.
